The 94.7 WQDR radio “Q Morning Crew” visited the Garner McDonald’s on Timber Drive on Wednesday morning, July 12th, Captain Don Johnson of the Garner Fire Department and Karen Padgett of the Garner Area Historical Society chatted with the morning hosts Mike and Amanda about “what’s happening” in Garner. Padgett of course mentioned our History Museum, as well as nearby food and drink venues in the Historic District, and that we now have a bed and breakfast in Downtown Garner at the Banks House.

WQDR is one of the most popular radio stations in the region, known for its current and classic country music.
